Hi,
I’m Himanshu!
A Product Lifecycle Manager
I turn messy business problems into seamless product solutions.
…I help business to decide:
What to build
Identify real user problems, cut through noise, and remove especially what not to build.
Why to build it
Articulate business value, user impact, and trade-offs. Develop product intuition that holds up in ambiguous situations.
How to build it
Create specs, roadmaps, mockups, challenges assumptions, and validate in the market.
The best digital products start with clearly defined problems.
My unique background allows me to dissect complex business challenges from every angle:
- Product Management to scale the long-term strategic vision.
- Data Analytics to uncover hidden user insights.
- System Logic to design bulletproof workflows.
- Agile Execution to guide engineering velocity.
…and my speciality:
Product Management
I combine business, tech, and design in order to discover products that are valuable, feasible, and usable.
Product Strategy
I help teams and founders create and maintain a clear and defined product and go to market strategy.
MVPs
I create lean, highly effective MVP experiments. Testing with real people against actual problems.
Customer Development
I help identify the right problems to solve so that you build something that your customers will love.
…and here is my
sweet spot:
…my Work Experience and Philosophy…
I didn’t start in product. I came from an analytical and consultancy background, which turned out to be the best possible foundation for becoming a strong PM. I learned to ask “why” before “what”, and to never ship something that couldn’t be measured.
Over 13+ years, I worked across startups, mid-size companies, and large enterprises; majorly in eCommerce, logistics, and analytics. I built sales and catalog dashboards used by multiple brands, navigated messy stakeholder dynamics, and learned to translate ambiguous customer needs into measurable business value.
Analytical Roots
Started in analytics and consultancy, built the habit of measuring everything and questioning assumptions before writing a single spec
Real Product Shipping
Built fully functional sales and catalog dashboards for multiple brands, automated warehouse processes, from discovery to delivery to iteration.
Judgment over framework
Frameworks are maps, not territory. The real skill is knowing when to use them, when to ignore them, and how to make the call with incomplete information.
